A booking can only be confirmed when a 40% deposit has been paid. The balance is to be paid one month before arrival. If the balance hasn’t been paid less than 20 days before arrival, the owner has the right to cancel the booking without any compensation and the deposit will not be refunded.
Saturday from 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm. Please advise us should you arrive after 7.30 pm so that you can collect the key of your flat. for check-in during the week or on Sunday please inform us in advance about your arrival time.
The number of persons who may use the apartment may not exceed the number of persons allocated for each apartment. We reserve the right to cancel the booking without any compensation if the number of guests in the flat is exceeded. Pets are not allowed in the flat. In order to keep our residence and flats clean, we don’t accept downhill mountain bike trips. Our residence is not equipped to store and clean mountain bike material. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel without any compensation any booking dedicated to the practice of mountain bike.
A 500 € credit card guarantee will be asked on the day of arrival.
The guest must use the accommodation and its contents with care and leave it in a clean and tidy condition on departure.
The Security/Damage deposit is to insure compliance with the Terms of Occupancy. The Security/Damage deposit is held until determination of condition and content of the rental property after the maid service has checked and cleaned the flat. Charges are assessed to cover damage and any cleaning. Please report any problems or damages observed in the rental property less than 24 hours after arrival. Unreported problems and /or damages are assumed to have occurred during occupancy and guest shall be held responsible for those damages. If the amount of damage and/or cleaning is above the guaranteed amount, the guest assumes to pay the total amount of damage by signing this document.
The guest is to leave the flat in a good cleaning state. The kitchenette will have to be emptied from personal items, food, bins and cleaned by the guest. The crockery it to be cleaned by the guest and stored in the cupboards. The dish-washer will have to be emptied by the guest.
We reserve the right to charge the guest for any extra cleaning, missing items or damage noticed by the maid service when cleaning the flat at the end of the stay. A set of bed linen is provided per person or bed. If bed linen is soiled during the stay, the guest is responsible for the cleaning (except if hotel service has been booked). Any additional bed linen requested will be charged.
We reserve the right to enter the accommodation at any time for any reasonable purpose, such as maintenance work or housekeeping.
Check-out (BEFORE 10 AM)
If the guest has taken housekeeping during his stay, he will only have to clean the kitchenette and empty the bins before leaving. If he hasn’t taken housekeeping, he is responsible for cleaning the flat before leaving.
The key has to be returned to the reception desk or to be dropped in its box by 10 am. Any missing key will be charged 50,00 € on the guest’s security deposit.
The guest’s security deposit will be cancelled within 7 days after the guest has left, unless the guest is to pay any damage, missing item or extra cleaning.
Smoking is not permitted inside the residence and in the flat but is permitted where indicated on balconies. If a smell of smoke is noticed in the flat at the end of the stay, a deep cleaning amount and/or if the flat can’t be rented to another guest, a financial compensation will be charged on the guest’s guarantee.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. If it occurs less than one month before the date of arrival, the total amount of the accommodation will be owed. Total amount of the accommodation is due in case of no show or early departure. The guest is free to contract a travel insurance to cover cancellation risks.
A visitor tax (not included in the accommodation price) is to be paid per day and per person 2,00€/night/pers from 18 years old.
