We would be delighted to welcome you to share with you a unique experience inspired by the mountain.
Anne-Laure & Eric
Eric & Anne-Laure, the owners of the residence like to give their guests a professional, warm and personnalised welcome. Being native of Morzine, they will give them good advice for activities, shopping or good restaurants. Eric, also ski instructor will give information on the different ski domains. The residence is located at the foot of the Pleney runs. Renovated in 2024 in a modern alpine style, every flat has a stunning view of the mountains with a ski-in ski-out location next to the Pleney gondola and runs but also next to the shops, restaurants and all summer and winter activities.
The residence is not equipped to welcome trips dedicated to downhill mountain biking.
We regret not to be able to welcome pets.

In winter, put your skis on and discover the fabulous Portes du Soleil ski domain. In summer, use the various paths, which start at the foot of the residence and bring you at the top of the Portes du Soleil mountains. The residence is not equipped to welcome trips dedicated to downhill mountain biking.
